UOL136 Assignment 1 Answers updated

I have updated the answer to the short essay for assignment 1 and removed the password on the file since all my classes have completed the assignment.  Essentially, the answer has been upgraded to a full essay on the theory of information systems, and contains references to subject matter that will be brought in as we move into the next stage of the course.
